Recent and notable gifts to Princeton Engineering

  • Richard Korhammer ’88 established a lecture series in the Department of Electrical Engineering.
  • Kamran Rafieyan ’89 created an endowment fund to support independent research by undergraduate students, particularly students majoring in electrical engineering.
  • Priscilla Knapp endowed the William L. Knapp ’47 Professorship for the Study of Civil Engineering in memory of her late husband.
  • Flack & Kurtz, Inc. established the Norman D. Kurtz ’58 Fund for Innovation in Engineering Education in memory of Norman Kurtz, the firm’s co-founder. The Fund will support engineering students pursuing projects that offer exposure to engineering applications outside the classroom.
  • Helen Kurtz established the Norman D. Kurtz ’58 Scholarship in memory of her late husband.
